VILLA BRAC 9 is an impressive beach-front 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa built of Brac stone.
In 2010. the villa was completely rebuilt to a very high luxury standard and is now one of the most desirable on the Adriatic, due to an executive standard and its' location in a quiet bay.
The villa provides complete privacy in amazing ambiance and is just minutes to the local village. The villa is fully staffed so the guests can relax and enjoy not only the beautiful villa but the surrounding areas.
Our Villa Manager speaks perfect English as well as German and is a History teacher so is very knowledgeable about the archaeological sites to be found if guests are interested to learn more.
From Split it is a 40 minute car ferry ride to Brac Island then a 40 minute drive to the villa.
Villa is surrounded by magnificent GARDEN with lavender, pines, palms, bougainvillea, rosemary, geraniums and many other Mediterranean plants, which provides very inviting and refreshing environment.
The villa is entered through the MIDDLE LEVEL were you will find three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as one of the 3 entertainment rooms complete with plasma satellite TV/DVD and three terraces (one with a table tennis table). All the beds are brand new divinely comfortable for a perfect night's sleep (a good night's sleep makes for a great holiday) along with the 3 sitting room sofas. All bedrooms have a full view of the Adriatic sea which is just 10 meters from the terrace!)
The TOP FLOOR of the villa is the penthouse which has two bedrooms and two designer "leather" tiled bathrooms - with Phillipe Starck white ware including a 2 meter bath. There is also a kitchenette and sitting room with plasma satellite TV/DVD and library of DVD movies as well as two terraces one of which is perfect for nude sunbathing.
On the GROUND FLOOR you will find one huge bedroom and one bathroom, this room also has a day bed perfect for families complete with Plasma satellite TV/DVD. The main culinary kitchen and dining room (full cooking can be arranged by the villa managers) are on this level as well as the covered terrace and alfresco dining areas.
OUTDOOR TERRACES give plenty of space for relaxing and privacy. From this level there are 5 steps to another set of terraces, one of which has a Jacuzzi another with a hammock. A large day bed with loads of cushions can be found here - perfect to read a book and look onto the sea with a cappuccino or cocktail.
From here you stroll into the Adriatic sea, there are steps right into the crystal water. There is also a buoy available to tie up the resident boat (extra charge) complete with licensed skipper who is very experienced in the fantastic places to take clients from lavender fields, crystal clear bays with little restaurants that can only be reached via boat, vineyards, blue grotto and many more.
This can be rented on a daily basis and arranged by the staff at the villa, it comes with all the "toys" to use such as a "hot dog" and "extreme II". We also have new kayaks, new bikes and a variety of other activities such as table tennis and board games.
A certain serenity can be found at Villa Brac due to the fact that it is built on a headland with pine trees and wild rosemary growing throughout the garden providing privacy and shade.
At Villa we like to think that it is not just a Villa rental but a whole experience and that the guests will leave feeling relaxed and wanting to return.

UTILITY ROOM:
Two washing machines and one dryer and sink. The staff do all the laundry at the villa on behalf of the clients who are sitting by the sea relaxing with a cocktail or on the kayaks discovering or maybe out sightseeing.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
We have high thread count linen and large bath sheets (not little towels) as well as new beach towels. The staff clean every day at the villa and are on hand to assist clients with their needs. Linen and towels are changed as needed by the client.
