REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The guests are asked to provide 500 eur on arrival in cash (refundable on the check out day).

COOK AND WAITER SERVICES:
Guests have on disposal the services of our cook and waiter. We serve lunch and/or dinner in the villa, with one day prior notice. Meals we serve consist usually of 3 courses and are prepared with high quality seasonal groceries, purchased fresh by our cook. According to the preferences of our guests and best available groceries we offer menus with a choice of few meals from which our guests can choose what they want us to serve the next day. The meals are charged according to the purchasing prices of groceries, between 25 and 30 eur per person. The price includes purchasing of the groceries, cooking by our chef and the service of a waiter who brings and serves the meals in the villa.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We offer various additional services to our Guests,such as additional staff, additional cleaning, land transfers, car rental, and for the guests who wish to make their holiday more active, we provide various excursions, motor and sailing boat rental, wind surfing school, scuba diving etc.

Vila Brac 8 is luxurious and very spacious villa with a pool, located just few meters away from the beach in the village of Mirca, on the island Brac. The villa is surrounded with 250m2 of terraces overlooking the sea channel between the island and Split coast.
Villa can accommodate 10 to 12 persons in 5 bedrooms, equipped to provide maximum comfort and relaxation on your holiday.
OUTSIDE THE VILLA
The amazing and modernly designed villa has been built to an exceptionally high standard. The villa attracts at the first glance with her stunning architectural appearance, her amazing terraces with pool, overlooking the sea and magnificent gardens with orchard, old olive trees, lawns, roses and palm trees, which surround the villa. Villa is surrounded by 250 m2 of terraces
Part of the terrace on the ground floor has an amazing porch with columns, made of famous Brac stone. Under the porch, our guests enjoy dining in magnificent atmosphere, or just relax on the sun bathing chair, enjoying the view on the sea and the pool.
The infinity swimming pool is surrounded by sun deck and 10 deck-chairs.
There are also 4 smaller terraces adjoining the rooms.
INSIDE THE VILLA
The whole size of the villa is 330 330 m2. The villa is divided into 2 parts, connected with porches and terraces. The furniture was specially designed for this villa and made out of quality oak wood with ecological oil finish, without harmful industrial polishes.
Inside the villa, we have a true Art Gallery, since the walls of the villa are decorated with paintings made by local artists, mostly Ivan Petrovic the Supetar Michelangelo. The paintings can be bought from the artist and thus represent an original souvenir that will bring some dalmatian warmth to your home.
The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, extra toilet with a laundry, spacious living room, dining room and kitchen and an additional small kitchen with living room. Small kitchen and living room, together with one of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, are in separate part of the villa with a separate entrance, but connected with the bigger part with porches and terraces. Both kitchens are fully equipped, as well as the living rooms with LCD TVs and fireplaces.
Interesting detail in the villa is a small inside garden next to the kitchen,with house plants, Mediterranean herbs and spices.
25 m2 large master bedroom is on the first floor and it is the biggest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room, there is a big bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. Master bedroom has direct exit to a huge first floor terrace with fantastic view of the cove, sea and Split in the distance.
