OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS IN BASE:
- Final cleaning: 110 eur
- Tourist tax: 1 eur/pax/day
NOTE: in case the guests need the skipper, the cost of skipper is 150 eur per day + food.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 1.500 eur
It is obligated to leave the security deposit in base, in cash or with credit card. The deposit will be returned to the guests at the check out.
YACHT PRICE INCLUDES:VAT, GPS, Chart plotter,VAT, Dinghy, bed linen and hand towels.
YACHT PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: fuel, mooring fees, tourist tax, outboard engine.
POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS ONLY ON GUESTS' DEMAND: land transfer to/from the yacht, embark and disembark in any other port out of the base port, one way charter, outboard engine 80 eur/week, hostess 120 eur/day + food.
EQUIPMENT: 220 V shore connection, Refrigerator, Lazy Jack, Roll genua, Steering Wheel (SW)/Tiller (T), Life raft, VHF, GPS Chart plotter, Autopilot, Dinghy, Bimini, Cockpit Shower, Spray hood, Electric Windlass.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- 50% ADVANCE payment - upon reservation.
- 50% BALANCE payment - 5 weeks before charter period.
