REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:

NOTES:
- The change day is Saturday, check in at 16:00, check out at 10:00.
- Guests are asked for a refundable 500 eur deposit at check-in. The deposit is returned at the end of the stay if the villa is left in good condition and there is no breakage or damage to in the indoors or outdoors.
- Pets are not allowed
- No smoking allowed in the villa.
This amazing modern villa is situated on stunning location, first row to the sea, in a small Osibova bay, on the island of Brac. The villa provides spectacular view and the crystal clear turquoise water is just steps away.
The pine forest garden, seaside lounging and steps to the water add to this stunning location. You'll enjoy your own swimming platform on the water and shaded forest patio a few steps away. The terrace facing bay and garden, views and outdoor spaces furnished with lounge chairs, hammock and hanging chair, offer plenty of outdoor living to compliment the comfortable country interior. Large outdoor stone grill and dining table provide the true experience of relaxing atmosphere.
The villa has two levels, both with terraces, large sea-view windows, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and living areas inside and out. There are 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 guests.
The interior is full of special touches, very inviting and comfortable.
The ground floor has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining room. The terrace overlooking the sea and pine forest is perfect for dining al fresco.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, living room, sitting room with telescope - perfect for reading or quiet listening. Floor to ceiling glass doors offer balcony views from both sitting and living rooms. Access to the roof terrace is from the first floor balcony.
Fireplaces on both levels and under floor heating make Villa a cozy winter get- away.
