The beautiful Villa Opatija has 4 floor levels. The fourth and third level are empty so guests on the second level have 100% privacy.

Complete 100% silk bedding was made specially for the villa.
The first floor with 140 m2 contains an intimate wellness center with sauna, shower and massage table, spacious gym, large recreational room with billiard and table tennis and space for central heating equipment.
